The Sinus Crestal Approach Kit is a complete kit for closed sinus surgeries. It includes all the necessary instruments for crestal sinus procedures.

Component Sizes and Details:

• Stoppers: 1 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm (10 pieces total). Ensures safe drilling when placed on the drill and reamer.

• Manual Aqua Adapter: Secures the Aqua Tip to the cortical bone in the maxillary sinus manually.

• Silicone Tube: Used for lifting the sinus membrane via hydraulic pressure or with the water syringe.

• Initial Drills: Ø1.8, Ø2.3 (2 pieces total). Compatible with stoppers for drilling up to the cortical bone of the maxillary sinus.

• Sinus Reamers: Ø2.8, Ø3.3, Ø3.8, Ø4.2 (4 pieces total). Designed to contact bone after stopper placement; smooth tips prevent membrane damage.

• Diamond Bur: Ø2.8. Can contact the sinus membrane safely without perforation; used for final drilling near the membrane.

• Aqua Tips: Ø2.8 (2.8–3.8) and Ø3.3 (3.3–4.2). Elevates the sinus membrane safely with water pressure after opening the cortical bone.

• Depth Gauge: Allows stopper installation; used to measure depth and confirm sinus membrane perforation.

• Bone Injection Syringe: Ø4.5 / Ø3.5. Used for injecting bone powder into the maxillary bone.
